We purchased a home in Portland under several difficult conditions: It was a short sale, we had to do the closing from a remote location, the seller/occupant was not terribly cooperative about moving out, and our moving in was delayed a month from the closing. Through all of this Ben & Johanna worked overtime to make sure we were kept up to date and dealt with all the problems for us. They were spectacular.
