She is knowledgeable about the Portland market, of course. But the thing that made her stand out was her ability to negotiate. After my bid was accepted, she was able to systematically negotiate a lower and lower final price. She understands when to push, and when not to push. In the end, I got my house for ~4% less than my original (winning) bid.
