Ben is the best buyer’s agent ever. OUTSTANDING! Not only was Ben incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but he was patient and encouraging in our 6-month search for a home. We had a modest and limited budget and were looking for very specific details (a large property being our first priority), and Ben never pressed us to settle for something more expensive or that wasn’t what we wanted. My favorite moment with Ben was when my husband and I were arguing in the snowy back yard of a house that I loved and he didn’t. Ben listened quietly, and then handed us each a snowball. “You get one shot,” he told us, but it diffused the tension and we threw them at the fence instead. Ben stuck with us and was great with everything when we finally did find a house: putting an offer on it, negotiating, handling the inspections, and the closing. We can’t recommend him highly enough!
