Ben was fantastic with communication
We worked with Ben to sell our house. It was a difficult situation since we had to move out of Oregon before the house was sold. Ben was fantastic with communication and helped us through all the issues that arise with selling a home. He secured a bid and coordinated a sewer line replacement, installed an earthquake strap, and replaced a smoke detector on top of managing all the deadlines to ensure we closed on time.
I highly recommend Ben and if we move back to the Portland area, we will be contacting him to help us purchase a home.
