We worked with Johanna for over a year. We were so impressed by her consistent patience, willingness to help us learn throughout the process, and most important- helping us find a beautiful home. Johanna is incredibly thorough and such an advocate for her clients. We always felt that she had our bests interests in mind, really knew our budget, and how to ensure we found the perfect home (but also was super savvy ensuring we recieved the best deal for this big purchase). She is always at appointments early, friendly, and willing to push us to walk away from a home or pursue one that suited our (ever evolving) key interests. Her team (inspectors, brokers, etc.) is incredibly professional, always available and made the process so smooth. We felt like we were on such a mission with Johanna and worried several times that she may become disinterested in working with us because it was taking a long time to find the perfect home, however she always showed up happy, energized, and serious about the task at hand. We can’t say enough wonderful things about Johanna and highly recommend her to anyone! She came as a recommendation to us from childhood friends. I truly believe she is a rare person to find in this field with such a high level of thoughtfulness and keen expertise!
